This commission has been one of my favorites this year. One because it was a fun subject matter – baked goods packaging doodle. Two because the internet and our global connectivity allows me to work with an independently ran bakery in Korea! The Korean bakery Scone Ccllim commissioned me to make a doodle for their packaged goods. The doodle includes their signature scones and other baked goodies. We were two people, both unable to speak the other persons language on the opposite sides of the globe. Using the Google translate app we were able to communicate just sufficiently enough to make this project happen! I love these times we live in. Such a fun project.
